Ashkelon Construction Ltd. is a multidisciplinary construction company serving commercial, residential, civil, and landscape sectors throughout British Columbia. With over 1,000 completed projects and more than 30 years of industry experience, we provide practical construction solutions for municipalities, developers, general contractors, property managers, businesses, and private clients.
Founded by Ashkan Etemadzadeh, BSc Civil Engineering, PGD International Business Management, MBA, Ashkelon Construction was built on the principles of professionalism, accountability, and dependable project delivery. Our company supports clients across commercial, residential, civil, landscape, and specialty construction disciplines, delivering projects of varying size and complexity while maintaining a strong focus on safety, communication, and execution. Ashkan Etemadzadeh
Founder / Owner / Construction Manager

Ashkan Etemadzadeh is the founder and owner of Ashkelon Construction Ltd., with over 20 years of experience in construction, civil engineering, and project management. Since founding the company in 2016, he has led its growth across Greater Vancouver and British Columbia, delivering commercial, municipal, residential, civil, tenant improvement, park, playground, and property management projects.
With a background in civil engineering, construction management, international business, and business administration, Ashkan combines technical expertise with strong project leadership. His experience spans estimating, scheduling, procurement, subcontractor and inspection coordination, client communication, and project close-out. He is recognized for building strong relationships with clients, contractors, municipalities, consultants, and project teams while ensuring safety, quality, schedule control, and reliable project delivery from start to finish.
Sara Nedaei Farkhad
Sales & Marketing Manager / Project Manager
Executive MBA | BSc Computer Engineering
Sara Nedaei Farkhad is a sales, marketing, and project management professional with experience in construction coordination, client relations, estimating support, proposal preparation, vendor coordination, and project administration. At Ashkelon Construction Ltd., she supports commercial, municipal, renovation, playground, park, property management, and general contracting projects from initial client inquiry through project coordination and close-out.
Sara manages communication between clients, contractors, suppliers, subcontractors, and field teams while supporting quotations, work orders, purchase orders, safety and insurance documentation, WCB clearance, business licensing, and vendor prequalification. With an Executive MBA and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering, she combines business, technical, and organizational expertise to help deliver responsive communication, efficient project coordination, and professional client service.
Shahbaz Zinati
Project Manager / Civil Engineer
Shahbaz Zinati is a project manager and civil engineer with over 18 years of experience in project management, civil construction, municipal work, commercial construction, field supervision, quantity surveying, and construction coordination. Since joining Ashkelon Construction Ltd. in 2022, he has supported municipal, commercial, park, playground, civil, and property management projects across British Columbia.
Shahbaz oversees project scheduling, site coordination, procurement, estimating support, quality control, change orders, and project close-out while coordinating crews, subcontractors, suppliers, municipalities, consultants, inspectors, and clients. His civil engineering background and extensive field experience enable him to manage site operations, construction logistics, documentation, and project execution efficiently and safely.
Hoda Montazeri
Design Partner / Founder of Homont Design Studio
Interior Design & Residential Design Collaboration
Hoda Montazeri is Ashkelon Construction’s design partner and the founder of Homont Design Studio, a Vancouver-based interior design practice specializing in personalized, functional residential spaces. She collaborates closely with Ashkelon Construction from the early planning stages, ensuring architecture, layouts, lighting, materials, and finishes come together as one cohesive vision.
Known for her thoughtful design approach and strong client focus, Hoda helps deliver homes that are both beautifully designed and highly functional. Her portfolio includes award-recognized residential projects across British Columbia, including the Canyon Boulevard residences, finalists for both the BC Georgie Awards and HAVAN Awards, as well as the Whistler Residence, featuring custom design solutions that seamlessly integrate aesthetics, functionality, and technical precision.
